Can I use my own Oil and Filter?

Unfortunately at this time LubeVan only performs oil changes using our oil and filter inventory.

Will you spill oil on my driveway?

Absolutely Not! LubeVan has an excellent reputation among customers, you should check out our reviews on Facebook and Google. LubeVan utilizes a proprietary closed loop oil extraction and injection system that eliminates any chances for drips or spills.

What are your hours of operation?

LubeVan technicians schedule service appointments from 9:00am through 7:15pm ET. LubeVan customer service via telephone, email, and other forms of contact is open from 9:00am through 6:00pm ET

Does LubeVan Service My Area?

LubeVan currently services Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Ajax, Pickering, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Uxbridge, Hamilton, and Oshawa.

Does LubeVan maintain my vehicle's warranty from the manufacturer?

Yes, LubeVan performs warranty service according to your vehicles service specifications, using supplies and parts recommended by your vehicle manufacturer. LubeVan is currently responsible for maintaining new vehicle warranties on employee lease vehicles for multiple auto manufacturers.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely, all services come with a warranty from LubeVan guaranteeing there is no issues with the parts, supplies or workmanship for the duty cycle of the product sold. For synthetic oil changes our warranty is 6 months or 12,000km. For conventional oil changes our warranty is four months or 6,000km. Batteries and other products sold through LubeVan will have specific parts warranties best discussed with your technician.

Do I need to leave my car unlocked?

No, our technician will be in touch prior to your appointment to make arrangements to collect your keys.

Can you come into my parking garage?

Yes! All LubeVan service units are capable of entering underground parking facilities.

Will you come to my workplace?

Absolutely!

Do you offer any other repairs or services?

LubeVan offers a wide range of maintenance services that are available to frequent LubeVan customers. Before offering additional maintenance services, our technicians will perform a baseline assessment of your vehicle as part of an oil change maintenance service.

Do you service Diesel Vehicles?

LubeVan services any diesel vehicle that would fall into the passenger car or light truck category. As a general rule, LubeVan services all diesel vehicles up to a five ton truck. Please call us if you have further questions.

How do I pay?

LubeVan technicians are equipped for each appointment with a standard debit/credit card processing terminal. LubeVan accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Apple Pay, NFC, Tap, and Union Pay.

Due to safety issues, our technicians do not accept cash payments or carry change in the LubeVans.

How do you dispose of waste oil?

LubeVan recycles 100% of the waste oil, filters, and other items collected through a partner working with the Stewardship Ontario program.

What if I need to cancel?

At LubeVan we understand that unexpected situations arise from time to time.

If you need to cancel, reschedule or otherwise be unavailable for your service appointment in circumstances where less than 24-hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee of $39.99 (Cancellation Fee) will be billed to your account or credit card. Should our technician already be on site or on route to your service appointment, and additional $19.99 (Late Fee) will be billed to your account or credit card.

Should circumstances arise where your vehicle is unavailable for service, or you are unreachable upon arrival of your designated technician, a late fee of $19.99 (Late Fee) will apply immediately. Should you remain unreachable your appointment will be cancelled 15-minutes after the scheduled appointment time with the full Late Fee and Cancellation Fee payable to LubeVan Mobile Auto Services. Refunds for cancelled, rescheduled, or missed appointments will be issued in the form of account credit unless otherwise authorized by management. Refund processing fees may apply.

What types of vehicles do you service?

LubeVan services all makes and models of passenger cars and light trucks. As a general rule we service most vehicles smaller than a five ton truck. LubeVan no longer services heavy duty on/off road equipment, transport trucks, compressors or generators.

Can you service more than one vehicle at a time?

Yes! At the average LubeVan appointment we service 2.4 vehicles! We offer discounts on our services to families and companies who have all of their vehicles serviced at the same time. We can service a maximum of 8 vehicles in a single LubeVan appointment. Please call us to set up a multi-vehicle service appointment.

Does LubeVan service fleets?

Absolutely. Part of LubeVan's core business is servicing large commercial fleets. Please call us for more details.

What if you can't access my vehicle?

If we can't access your vehicle, we will call you. If you're available, we should be able to relocate the vehicle to a location where it can be serviced. If we are unable to reach you, or access your vehicle, the technician will be forced to cancel your appointment and move on to the next customer. A 30$ cancellation fee will apply in this scenario.

Are you insured?

Absolutely, LubeVan carries a tremendous amount of insurance that covers a range of perils stretching from customer car damage, environmental protection, to workplace safety insurance.

Will LubeVan retrieve my tires from my garage or storage?

No. In accordance with Ontario Occupational Health and Safety, LubeVan technicians will not retrieve your wheels and tires from any structure (garage, shed, etc) nor will they retrieve them from a shelf or storage rack.

It is your responsibility to have your wheels and tires nearby (within 3 meters), or inside your vehicle at the time of your appointment.  Failure to prepare your tires for installation could result in cancellation of your appointment and any associated fees.
