At LubeVan we understand that unexpected situations arise from time to time.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or otherwise be unavailable for your service appointment in circumstances where less than 24-hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee (Cancellation Fee) will be billed to your account or credit card. Should our technician already be on site or on route to your service appointment, an additional (No show Fee) will be billed to your account or credit card.
Should circumstances arise where your vehicle is unavailable for service, or you are unreachable upon arrival of your designated technician, a late fee of (Late Fee) will apply immediately. Should you remain unreachable your appointment will be canceled 15-minutes after the scheduled appointment time with the full Late Fee and Cancellation Fee payable to LubeVan Mobile Auto Services. Refunds for canceled, rescheduled, or missed appointments will be issued in the form of account credit unless otherwise authorized by management. Refund processing fees may apply.
